1. Overview

We want you to feel great about every Mom Comfort purchase. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

2. Return eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, or odors.
  • In original condition with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Free size exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer free size exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. We'll cover the cost of shipping your new size and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.

4. Non-returnable & final-sale items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Nursing bras, underwear, and other intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons.
  • Opened skincare products, including stretch mark cream.
  • Gift cards.

5. How to initiate a return or exchange

Email hello@momcomfort.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our studio, we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional business day or two to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where a return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email a photo to hello@momcomfort.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
