Shipping & returns
Ordering something new should feel like a small gift to yourself. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the (rare) day something needs to come back.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Under that, it's a flat $5.95 — no surprises at checkout.
Orders are packed with care in our studio within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes another 3–7 business days to reach your door.
Order tracking
The moment your order leaves us, you'll get a friendly email with a tracking link so you can follow it home. If anything looks off, just reply to that email — a real person will write back.
Returns & exchanges
We offer 30-day happy returns on unworn items with tags still attached, and free exchanges if you need a different size.
To start a return, email hello@momcomfort.com or visit our returns portal. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Carbon-neutral packaging
Every order ships in recycled, recyclable mailers, and we offset the carbon of every shipment through verified reforestation partners. A little softer on the planet, too.
