Finding your fit
Size guide
Every Mom Comfort piece is cut to grow with you — soft over-bump waistbands, gentle stretch through the ribs, and nursing-friendly openings where they help. Use your pre-pregnancy measurements below, and if you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for the last trimester.
Apparel
For dresses, tops, leggings, and loungewear. Measurements are in inches and based on your pre-pregnancy body — the stretch will do the rest.

Belly bands & support
Belly bands, support briefs, and postpartum wraps come in two easy sizes and are designed to hug — not squeeze. Use your pre-pregnancy hip measurement to choose.
| Size | Fits US | Waist | Hips |
|---|---|---|---|
| S/M | US 0–10 | 24–32" | 34–40" |
| L/XL | US 12–22 | 32–37" | 40–47" |
How to measure
- Bust. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level under your arms.
- Waist. Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist — usually just above the belly button, pre-pregnancy.
- Hips. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together, tape parallel to the floor.
A friend and a soft cloth tape make this so much easier — no need to squeeze.
Designed to grow with you
Our over-bump waistbands, four-way stretch fabrics, and wrap-style openings mean most moms wear the same size from first trimester through postpartum. Our nursing tops and bras include hidden clip-down or crossover access so feeding stays simple and discreet.
Between sizes in your third trimester? Size up — you can always cinch, but you can't stretch what isn't there.
